Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be delighted with your purchase or gift from Poofin. If you would like to return it for any reason, you may do so within 30 days of receipt. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be in its original, unused condition, including all original tags and packaging. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason. Please note that if you purchased your Poofin product(s) from a retail store, you will need to visit the place of purchase for a return.
Original shipping costs are not reimbursed on returns/exchanges. All returns must be prepaid; we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend using a shipping method which will give you a tracking number, as we cannot take responsibility for merchandise lost or damaged in transit.
Please include original packing slip with your return to Poofin. Please note that all returns must be shipped prepaid.

We will credit the card used for the initial purchase as soon as we receive and process your return. Exchanges will be shipped to you free of charge with Ground Shipping.* Refunds can only be made to the credit card used for the initial purchase. For exchanges that carry a balance, we will contact you for your credit card information again.
