Q: How does Poofin protect consumer privacy?
Q: What are Poofins made of?
A: Poofins are made from 100% polyester materials and PVC-free printing inks and dyes. The zipper used is made of plastic and is certifiably lead-free.
Q: Have Poofins been tested for safety?
A: Poofins have been independently tested by TUVRheinland – one of the largest safety testing groups in the world – and they are certified to be completely lead and PCV-free. Learn more about Poofin’s attention to safety.
Q: How do I care for my Poofin?
A: Poofin’s are great at home and on the road. If they get dirty, toss them in the washing machine and tumble dry on low, or surface wash and air dry. They are quite durable and are designed to last a long, long time.

Q: When will my Poofin order arrive?
A: Orders shipped via Regular Shipping (ground delivery) should arrive on your doorstep 7-10 business days after we receive your order.
Expedited shipping, including 2nd Day and Next Day Air, is available. Orders must be placed before 2 p.m. Central Standard Time in order to be processed and shipped on the same day. Please note that we do not ship orders 2nd Day or Next Day to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Q: What about backordered items?
A: If only part of your order is backordered, in-stock items will be sent immediately, and backordered items will be sent when they are available. Your credit card will not be charged for backordered items until sent. No additional shipping charges will be incurred when we send you the backordered items.
If you prefer not to wait for backorders or decide at a later time to cancel the backordered item, please Contact Us to cancel the item(s).
We reserve the right to cancel any backorder.
Q: What payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Q: My order hasn't arrived yet?
A: A tracking number is provided in the email confirmation we send with each order. If you didn’t receive this email confirmation, please check your spam folder. If you need further assistance, please contact us at email@example.com.
Q: Is there a money back guarantee?
A: We want you to be delighted with your purchase or gift. If you would like to return it for any reason, you may do so within 30 days of receipt. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be in its original, unused condition, including all original tags and packaging. Please note that if you purchased your Poofin product(s) from a retail store, you will need to visit the place of purchase for a return. Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of the product, Create-A-Charm products made in the Poofin Factory cannot be returned.

A: Ground Delivery shipping charges are based on the total value of your order, as follows:

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Only residents in the state of Illinois will be charged sales tax. The rate will be calculated from the zip code you enter at checkout.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Please contact us by phone at 1.800.326.0532 as soon as possible after placing your order if you would like to make a change. If the order hasn’t left our facility, we’ll do our best to change it for you.
